Marline Paul aka “Coach Marline” is THE resource queen and coach/mentor to women and minority owned small business owners and entrepreneurs. She has over 16 years of experience as an educator in the public school system and has transitioned out of the classroom to take command of her time, walk in her passion and be more present for her family.
Coach Marline is a mother to an energetic son and is also a devoted military spouse to her husband SGT Paul. She is a proud graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Visual Arts. Additionally, Coach Marline is also a graduate of St. Thomas University where she acquired a Master's degree in Divinity.

Coach Marline is the CEO of Enilram Creative Solutions a business firm that focuses on training and guiding startups & emerging entrepreneurs by taking a strategic look at their pressing business questions and working with them to develop a comprehensive plan for their business success.
One of Enilram Creative Solutions' priorities is educating military spouses on how entrepreneurship can be a portable pathway to fulfilling their passions, providing flexibility, and curbing the unemployment rate that military life can bring.
Marline is also the founder of Rose of Alpha Omega, Inc., a nonprofit focused on inspiring women to live a spiritually balanced life through mentorship, leadership development, and community support.
Marline's heart and passion are to transform the perspective of women's entrepreneurship through education and provide the space to grow in their purpose.
