What is the program structure?
The ECS Mentoring Group experience will be different per individual. When you begin your journey with us, you will be asked to list your goals. We will then create a plan designed to help you achieve those goals. We offer 3 classes and 1 workshop day per month.
What does Coach Marline expect from her mentees?
Dedication and participation. Let's face it, at the end of the day, we are small business owners and entrepreneurs too. I expect this relation to beneficially mutual to both of us. Your expectation of me should be to help groom you into a BOSS. My expectation of you is that you show up to the weekly meetings, participate in our discussions, do your assignments, and progress. Your success is our reward and we genuinely want you to be successful.
When do classes start?
Classes are held every Monday night from 7-8pm EST
How long is the mentoring program and what is the time commitment expected from mentees?
The mentoring program can be three months to indefinitely. It's all based on your particular needs. Some entrepreneurs come to us to help them get through a particular project or phase in their business that they need help to overcome. Others stay with us year after year for continued guidance and the support of our community. We ask that you continue your program for as long as you need to ensure ample time for meaningful progress and growth.
What industries or types of businesses are eligible to apply for the Business Mentoring Group?
We welcome entrepreneurs from various industries and business types including startups, service-oriented businesses, and online retail ventures. We embrace the diversity of businesses within the group to create a dynamic learning environment.
Will there be networking opportunities or collaboration among mentees during the program?
Absolutely! We encourage our members to utilize our private community message boards to communicate with each other outside of classes. Networking is also encouraged during session. We are stronger together. Build together, grow together.
