My ECS Journey

Hello, my name is Bryan! I'm a student at the University of Florida, and I just completed my 16-week internship with Enilram Creative Solutions as a Community Management & Engagement Intern. During those 16 weeks, I got to grow alongside my fellow interns and gain hands-on experience in a multitude of topics. I have just earned my ECS AI Integration Specialist credential, and I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity granted to me by ECS!

My journey began in June 2025. Before this internship, I had minimal experience working with tangible, real-world projects. Thankfully, from the very first week, ECS set me up on the path to gain those experiences. In the first few weeks, I started setting up the foundation that would allow me to help small-businesses, CEOs, and other clients looking to ECS for guidance.

Seeing the team at work has been amazing to see. Our internship cohort is a talented and diverse group of people; and together, we ran a well-oiled machine that helped not only ECS and its clients, but also helped us interns grow our skillset for the future. And I can't forget about Marline Paul, who is not only the CEO of ECS, but also an amazing coach who pushed all of us to be the best that we could be through her positivity and in-depth knowledge.

In this page, I'd like to share how ECS helped me build my portfolio, my skills, and how it has impacted my mindset for the future.

LinkedIn Profile Transformation

One of the first things that Marline mentioned was this: the internship was not only helping ECS grow; it was also helping us, as interns and as people, grow as well. This really hit home for me, and she gave us a word of advice that fully changed my mindset: you need to give before you take.

That's how I knew that the internship wouldn't be one-sided; I lent my skillset and got valuable experience in return. And one of the avenues of this give-and-take was through LinkedIn. Before I started my internship, I was on the fence about my LinkedIn profile. It was good, but it could be better. Through the power of AI and people-first guidance, I transformed my profile. Take a look:

My profile left much to be desired; it wasn't very detailed and didn't showcase my strengths as much as it could have. I asked AI to pinpoint my profile's strengths and weaknesses. I worked with the advice that it gave me, and now, it showcases my strengths in greater detail. My Headline is now a short but impactful message to any connections that might be viewing my profile. My About section is more detailed and gives you deep insight into how I approach design and communication. I also gave my profile some color and flair to be more visually appealing.

Resume Enhancement

I also got the chance to improve my resume. We identified key weak-points in my resume and improved on them. Now, my resume clearly lists my roles, duties, and takeaways from each experience. And, of course, my latest role is my internship at ECS!

ECS Projects

Here's a showcase of my various projects, from planning to execution. My role was all about building connections. I achieved this through blog posts, newsletters, 1-on-1 communication, and ensuring that we were seeing real growth. I managed the ECS LinkedIn page, interacting with other businesses and individuals within our network. I also talked to our 3T Community through our Mighty Network platform, which holds a plethora of resources and useful information for current (and future) 3T Community members.

All of these projects were completed with the help of my go-to platform ChatGPT. But I also utilized other LLMs such as Gemini and Claude to refine details and gain deeper insights into how each platform works.

Growth and Learning Journey

When I started this internship, I went into it with an open mind. I've had some roles related to my interests in the past; design, marketing, AI technology, etc. However, I knew that I needed more real-world experience. I was confident, but I needed to grow my skills past what I was already confident in. ECS provided me with the real-world experience necessary to truly connect with businesses, business owners, and their audiences. I learned to not only guide, but to also uplift those who need it.

Future and ECS Impact

Although my internship at ECS comes to a close, I'm now looking to the future with a better, more experienced perspective. I know now what my strengths are, what I can improve on, and who I can help with my expertise. My internship cohort is full of bright, talented, and friendly people. I can't thank them enough: Franchesca, Vaibhavi, and Courtney. And not to mention Britney and Marline, who showed us the ECS way and gave us space to grow. I'm moving forward with the belief that we should use AI to help us grow, rather than having it replace real people and authentic experiences.

I hope to be able to use my newfound Community Engagement, Marketing, and Design knowledge into my future roles. Whatever they may be, I will hold the values and expertise that ECS has provided me, and use it to create great experiences for myself and others.
