My ECS Journey
I’m Emmanuel Osuntuyi, and I recently completed my internship with Enilram Creative Solutions while attending Bowie State University, where I graduated in December 2025. During my time with ECS, I served as both a Technology Integration Intern and an Operations and Administrative Intern, gaining hands-on experience working with AI tools and supporting real-world business initiatives.
Throughout the internship, I participated in interactive workshops focused on a wide range of AI tools and applications. One of the most impactful experiences was supporting the planning and execution of ECS’s first-ever AI Summit. I contributed across multiple areas, including building marketing materials, supporting registration workflows, and designing branded Canva backgrounds for summit speakers following the event. Being involved in such a large-scale initiative allowed me to see how AI Integration, operations, and creative execution come together in a professional setting.
What I enjoyed most about this internship was not just learning new AI tools, but deepening my understanding of tools I was already familiar with and applying them to something meaningful and high-impact. Seeing how AI could be integrated into workflows, events, and professional branding, rather than used in isolation was a major learning moment for me.
In this portfolio, you’ll see what it’s like to work under the guidance of Marline Paul and how her mentorship played a major role in my personal and professional growth. This portfolio also reflects my dedication to continuous learning, improvement, and showing up as a professional who is committed not only to skill development, but to growth in all areas of life.
LinkedIn Profile Transformation
During my time at ECS, we not only learned how to enhance our resumes with AI from Mrs. Paul but from the speakers during the 2025 ECS AI Summit.

For my headline I asked chat to prompt me a headline that includes all my updated information and that highlights not only the profession that I want to be in but that I graduated so people can also know that I'm an early career professional.

For the About section I prompted for chat to prompt my about section to be impact driven in the AI and data fields, while also talking about my recent graduation. As time goes on i'll keep updating it to match my current situation.

Resume Enhancement
Before this internship, I already got a lot of resume advice from many different people and got some decent results when applying. But throughout this internship I found ways to make it even better.
Before:

The transformation started with me prompting ChatGPT to act as if they were a recruiter at a top technology company like MITRE to read over my resume and give me a 1-10 on how they would rate my resume for data, AI and FinTech roles. I then prompted chat to give me detailed recommendations that could take my resume to as close to a 10 as possible. The changes I made include:
Condensing my Education section putting my most relevant coursework and putting the concentration of my degree on the same line. I also added my final GPA, the official dates for my graduation, and the honors & competitions I've done, taking it out of the skills section.
I added this internship into my technical experience and quantified all of my experience with the updated results.
My technical skills were condensed to include my most relevant skills, and I added a more updated project to my project section, quantifying the projects there.
For my leadership positions, I not only quantified the entries but I removed the other affiliations since it was just taking up a line.

My Best ECS Project
Project: 2025 ECS AI Summit
Project Overview:
The 2025 ECS Get Equipped AI Summit was Enilram Creative Solutions’ first large-scale virtual AI event, featuring 10+ speakers who discussed how artificial intelligence is transforming different industries. The summit was designed to educate professionals, expand ECS’s reach, and establish the company as a thought leader in AI integration. Beyond its business impact, this project mattered deeply to ECS leadership. Supporting Mrs. Paul in bringing a long-standing vision to life made this project both meaningful and professionally rewarding.
Challenge:
The biggest challenge was balancing a tight, fixed timeline while ensuring the event had the technical structure and organization needed to run smoothly. Because this was ECS’s first summit of this scale, it was critical to prevent technical issues, streamline speaker onboarding, and ensure a professional attendee experience from registration to replay access.
My Role:
I played a hands-on role across multiple phases of the summit, including:
Managing and constructing the speaker sign-up and registration workflow
Supporting the live virtual execution of the summit
Designing custom branded backgrounds for each speaker’s replay content
My responsibilities required close collaboration with Mrs. Paul and other interns, along with the ability to adapt quickly as plans evolved.
AI Integration:
AI tools were integrated throughout my workflow to support planning, structure, and design:
Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini were used to help determine what information should be collected in speaker registration forms and how to structure those workflows efficiently
ChatGPT was used to brainstorm event processes, identify potential gaps, and suggest improvements before finalizing deliverables
Canva + AI-assisted prompting helped guide visual design choices, including color schemes, layout ideas, and branding consistency for speaker backgrounds
Rather than relying on AI for final outputs, I used it as a decision-support and refinement tool.
Process & Strategy:
I began by reviewing the initial materials and requirements provided by Mrs. Paul.
I then consulted multiple AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to evaluate possible improvements, compare approaches, and identify best practices.
I filtered AI suggestions by usefulness and feasibility, sharing only the strongest recommendations with Mrs. Paul.
After finalizing the speaker sign-up form, the team coordinated marketing and conducted multiple practice run-throughs to ensure a smooth event setup.
Following the live summit, I designed custom speaker replay backgrounds using Canva, guided by AI-generated design prompts and refinement suggestions.
Results & Impact:
The summit successfully hosted 20–30 live attendees
All technical components functioned smoothly during the event
Speaker replays were delivered with professionally branded visuals
Mrs. Paul expressed strong satisfaction with both the process and final outcomes
The event marked a major milestone for ECS and demonstrated the effectiveness of structured AI integration in event execution.
Key Learnings:
This project strengthened my ability to:
Use AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making, not just generate content
Refine visual designs through AI-guided iteration
Manage deadlines and responsibilities on large, high-pressure projects
Support leadership effectively during complex initiatives
Overall, this experience reinforced how AI can be used strategically to enhance both creativity and operational execution.

Growth and Learning Journey
Starting Point:
Before beginning my internship with ECS, I was already fairly comfortable using AI tools in a professional context and incorporated them into my work on a regular basis. However, I quickly realized that there was far more depth to AI integration than I initially understood, and that I was only scratching the surface of what these tools could offer in structured, real-world environments.
Learning Highlights:
Some of my biggest breakthrough moments came during ECS’s hands-on workshops. These sessions not only introduced new tools and techniques, but also encouraged me to conduct my own independent research to deepen my understanding. The combination of guided instruction and self-driven learning helped me move beyond basic usage and toward more intentional, strategic application of AI.
As my prompting skills improved, I began to see noticeable improvements in the quality and usefulness of AI-generated outputs. Applying these refined prompting techniques to my academic work and professional tasks, and then seeing real results was one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.
Skills Gained:
Through ECS, I developed stronger skills in:
Prompt refinement and iteration
Comparing AI-generated recommendations across tools
Using AI to support workflow planning and decision-making
Integrating AI into creative processes, including design ideation and refinement
One major shift was how I began using AI in design. Previously, I approached design more intuitively, but ECS taught me how to use AI as a passive but powerful support tool to clarify ideas, explore variations, and improve visual outcomes.
Business Understanding and Professional Growth:
Working closely with Mrs. Paul played a major role in strengthening my understanding of professional standards and expectations. Observing how she communicated, set deadlines, and directed projects helped me better understand what high-quality execution looks like in a business setting. This experience significantly improved my ability to meet expectations and contribute effectively within a team.
Confidence Growth:
By the end of the internship, my confidence in applying AI across different contexts had grown substantially. I now feel fully prepared to bring these skills into any professional environment and look forward to applying what I’ve learned in future academic and career opportunities.
Your Future and ECS Impact
Looking Forward:
I am pursuing technology-focused roles centered around data, with a strong interest in AI integration and machine learning applications. I am especially drawn to healthcare-related data, as I believe data-driven solutions have the power not only to help people maintain their health, but also to support recovery and improve outcomes for individuals facing challenges beyond their control. That said, data exists in every industry, and I am passionate about using data to create meaningful impact wherever opportunities arise.
How ECS Prepared Me:
ECS prepared me by providing real industry experience that went far beyond theory. Through hands-on projects and guided mentorship, I learned how to use AI not just as a tool, but as a way to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and support better decision-making in ways that many professionals overlook. The internship also sharpened my understanding of industry standards, while strengthening my organizational skills, time management, and professional communication. These are skills that will carry forward into every role I pursue.
ECS AI Integration Specialist Certification:
Earning the ECS AI Integration Specialist credential holds deep personal significance for me. As my first professional credential, it represents both proof and validation of the skills I developed during the internship. It has also given me greater confidence as I move into data- and AI-driven roles.
Beyond the credential itself, it connects me to the ECS community long-term. I value that connection and look forward to continuing to support ECS and stay engaged as I grow professionally.
Advice For Future Interns:
My advice to future ECS interns is to communicate clearly and manage your time intentionally. If you have a specific focus, commit fully to it, as trying to juggle too many priorities without focus can limit your growth. Equally important, approach the experience with a growth mindset and humility. Be open to learning, ask questions, and recognize that believing you already know everything can limit your development. The most valuable growth happens when you allow yourself to learn from others.
Thanks to Marline Paul
I want to dedicate this section to Mrs. Paul as she's impacted me more than she may think. Yes this internship required you to do a lot of work individually, but the times where we met up really lifted my days as she always was cheerful and positive even through her own down moments. You can look through her LinkedIn and see that she's extremely hard working, but also trying extremely hard to impact the people she comes across. Being around people like that really inspires you to be better and improve yourself. I would like to thank Mrs. Paul for being a great preceptor and giving me this opportunity as Ive learned so much and will take everything with me to future endeavors.
Lets Connect
Thank you so much for taking your time to read over this and I would love to connect and collaborate with anyone who takes interest.
